reason you like playing with sellout. Getting to rock out seeing a crowd get loose and have fun and knowing that you're the reason. well, you and the consumption of alcohol J

quotes you've heard your friends say about sellout. "Can I book a show on next weekend or do you have a Suck-out gig?", "You play THAT song!? Dude…”

tell me about your gear, ie. brand of instruments, year, how long you've been playing. I've been playing since I was in 4th grade, gave up lessons when I was in high school but I wish I hadn’t. I've been playing live music around the area since before I could drive myself to the venues. In college, I majored in Music Ed w. Piano as my instrumental emphasis. I’ve gone through a couple Rhodes pianos (worth the sound but heavy and hard to cart around to every gig), and all types of gadgets and devices. My live rig for $ellout includes: a Roland RD300GX stage piano and a Roland Alpha Juno 2 Synthesizer, with a Roland KC500 Keyboard Amplifier. For other projects, I use the RD300GX, a MicroKorg, and several M-Audio controllers – an Oxygen 8 v2, a KeyRig 25, and a Radium 61. I use one outboard effects unit - a TC Electronics Nova Delay pedal. The rest of my rig is virtual  – Protools, Ableton Live, Native Instruments software and Reason 4, MOTU Ultralite Mk3 audio interface, Midisport 2x2 midi interface, Korg MicroKontrol.
